Proximal Attachment:

Humeral head - Medial epicondyle of humerus (common flexor origin)

Ulnar head - Olecranon and posterior border of ulna (via aponeurosis)

Distal Attachment:

Humeral head - Pisiform, hook of hamate, 5^th metacarpal

Ulnar head - Pisiform, hook of hamate, 5^th metacarpal

Innervation:

Humeral head - Ulnar nerve (C₇, C₈)

Ulnar head - Ulnar nerve (C₇, C₈)

Main Action(s):

Humeral head - Flexes and adducts hand (at wrist)

Ulnar head - Flexes and adducts hand (at wrist)
